    ZERO STAR!!! I am not writing this to dispute the ticket I received, but to state that this company does conduct costumer service in a horrible way! The lady who talked with me on the phone was so rude! She barely let me talk anything and I didn't conduct that conversation on wrong or rude way anytime! So I just asked why she was talking with me like I am idiot, and them she started yelling at me and hung up the phone. HILARIOUS!

    Parked here, gave no evidence of me walking off the lot. Ticketed me and I tried to appeal it and they were rude and just said no. So, what can ya do?

    Parked on loading zone in front of a highrise while loading....got back minutes later only to find a ticket.. Ticket says driver has to be inside the car while parked in loading zone. I was on the 26th floor loading while they gave me the ticket??? Terrible customer service manager...tone of emails were very stand-offish. Awful company to deal with

    Pender & Seymour parking lot has security cameras that don't work. I have been broken into as well as three other individuals, in one afternoon, and it's a constant occurrence......definitely park elsewhere
