Meet Cassidy (she/her), Coordinator, Manitoba For Cassidy, MNP's 'roll up your sleeves' supportive culture mirrors her farm upbringing, making her feel right at home and contributing to her success. She recalls: “From a young age, I remember my siblings and I following our parents around, learning the ways of farming. You can learn a lot from watching, but you can learn even more by doing. Growing up on a cattle and grain farm, I learned values such as dedication, commitment, and work ethic. I also spent countless hours on horseback, developing patience, trust, and grit. My lessons from the farm have been integral to my career development at MNP, where these values are truly celebrated. The Firm's commitment to ‘One Firm/One Pot/One Team’ resonates deeply with me, as it reflects the same supportive culture I experienced on the farm. At MNP, everyone is there to lend a helping hand, provide resources, and get the job done, making it possible for me to learn, grow, and thrive in my career.” Find your #LifeAtMNP by visiting https://shr.link/qylkm

Earlier this year, MNPers participated in The Push-Up Challenge. This initiative encouraged team members to complete as many push-ups as possible to raise funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association’s (CMHA) community programs and services. "It has been incredibly rewarding to see our team come together for this physical challenge in support of the CMHA. At MNP, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of community and well-being, and this initiative is a testament to that commitment. Participating in this challenge not only promotes physical fitness but also raises awareness and funding for mental health initiatives. I am proud to be part of a Firm that values making a positive impact on the lives of others." —Christopher (he/him), Manager, Ontario Find your #LifeAtMNP by visiting https://shr.link/qylkm.
