I've been coming here for awhile and have purchased three different birds from Exotic Wings. They are knowledgeable and have a great selection of birds and bird products. Their pricing and selection are also both way better than any of the chain pet stores. I also appreciate the requirement of an appointment to purchase a bird. It deters impulsive purchases.

Love this store! Very knowledgeable staff who do not rush you and are happy to answer any questions. Lovely products, both with regards to feed and toys, and live animals. We've had nothing but good experiences here.

Took the wee budgie in for a nail trim. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. There's plenty of parking beside the store, and a couple of spots on the road in front. Appointments are necessary.

Absolutely top-notch service. They carry in stock hard-to-find parrot accessories. Easy to communicate, getting advice on the phone and making adjustments to an already placed but not yet shipped product. My Dad and I took our Quaker Parrot and Goffin Cockatoo🕊️ to get grooming services done! I was so impressed with our overall experience! Lisa was so welcoming and especially kind and helpful in assisting us with answering our questions and recommending products that would be good for the parrots! She even assisted in helping carry the heavier parrot and food to our vehicle! It’s so great to see the kindness in people when everything in this world is uncertain! Good job Lisa! 🐾

My 13 year old son recently purchased a hand raised budgie, and it is absolutely the most wonderful pet we have ever owned. The pet shop gave us excellent care instructions as well as everything we needed to start off on the right road.  I would definitely recommend visiting if you are even just considering a bird as a pet. They are fantastic!

Very helpful and informative. Has the largest selection of bird toys and accessories I have seen in Ontario. They also board birds. On top of all of the bird stuff they also sell dog, cat, reptile, and small animals supplies as well. Highly recommend.

Ordered my Frozen Aquatic Turtle food from Exotic Wings because I could not find it anywhere here in this area anymore.  Shipped with Ice packs and arrived the next day still frozen.  Thank you so much.  Great service.
