Hands down the best quality of ingredients and dish presentation in the area.Not pub food which is what most other eating establishments in town are. Visited for lunch on Sept.15th 2010.
The atmosphere is very nice in this restaurant, and the service was fast and friendly (thank you Lynn). Our meal choices appeared on our table in a timely manner and the food was delicious. Two thumbs up for Fiddleheads.
If we are ever back in Perth, we will definitely visit this restaurant again.

I recently retired from the GTA and moved to Lanark Highlands. We decided to try your restaurant last weekend. My girlfriend had the goulash and I had the schnitzel which was the second best I've ever had. The best was my late mother's. But you did come a very close second. The prices I found were reasonable and not overpriced as some patrons would lead you to believe. And if you complain about the wait, remember you're not eating at McDonalds. I guarantee you will not leave hungry.

We found the staff to be very friendly and were glad to give us directions to the different places in town. The service was fast and the waitress was very polite and freindly. The serving of food were large and hot. They have a large assortement of food on their menu and they made you feel welcome as soon as you entered the restaurant. I am new to SFs (3 yrs). Man Ling Restaurant is the only Chinese restaurant (except for 1 in Brockville) that I eat at, for a number of reasons:
First all of their food is MSG-free, is fabulous and always fresh (nothing heated up from 2 hours ago). The best egg rolls ever and my favourite is beef and green peppers. I have eaten there over 25 times and it's always perfect. Hats off to Man Ling. Don't forget the service, relaxed and friendly staff. My favourite restaurant of all time (a 10).
