Wish I could do minus 10 stars. Been waiting on a fridge since November 2020. I understand it's covid but don't sell products online as available if you do not have access to them. I've tried emailing online customer service but they do not reply. I have been calling store multiple times and they refuse me a refund or a fridge. So they basically stole money from me. I want my full refund or fridge!
I ordered a sofa on August 6th 2020, sale man (and approved manager) said about 3 weeks for delivery. Agreed! Three weeks later a rep. called for a delay 2 more weeks due to pandamic. Again on delivery day as Saturday Sept 5, no one call. I called back, rep. said end of September for delivery. I required to speak to manager ...this guy has no respect to customer at all..said Final Sale..No Refund..Nothing I can do... While we already paid money up front and had to sit on floor for 2 months +???
I ordered a queen bed more than two months ago and I still havent received anything. I was even there two weeks ago and they told me to wait one more week. I tried calling to get a refund but everytime I call they tell me to wait more. What a poor customer service!! My youngest son is sleeping on a mattress!!
