Terrible experience!! Booked a cab for 2:30pm at 8:00am in the morning to the Go station in Whitby for a bus I had to catch at 2:50pm to Kingston (I'm 10 mins away from the Go station). I had to call back twice to and was told it was after school and the taxi's were busy and they couldn't just hold a cab for me! I was told that 19 out of the 20 cabs they had were on calls. Why do they accept booked cabs at a certain time if you are not going to have one available.
The service was excellent, they arrived within minutes of my call, in fact they were so quick I was not ready! The driver was very polite and got me to where I needed to go the shortest route possible( I validated this with Google maps). The car was very clean. My fare was lower than it usually is so Bell will be my choice from now on.
