This place is great, i've gone here numerous times for lunch now. The egg salad sandwiches are fresh and the soup is homemade. The split pea soup was excellent, big chunks of ham and well pureed peas and had the right amount of salt. It was the perfect lunch and only ran me about $6.50 which is fairly reasonable for a fair sized bowl of soup and a sandwich. The staff is plesant and love to talk, they also have some amazing desserts too all homemade as well and the pizza is pretty good for $2.50 a slice. I will definatly go back many more times when I forget to pack a lunch.

When the virus issue first started your store was very good at getting social distancing and controls in place. However I was in your store on the weekend and I was shocked to see so many people not following the rules. I was getting juice and a women came right beside me looking for juice. I had on my mask and gloves she did not. I abruptly told her to stand back let me get the juice and leave. She was rude and offended. Can you not use the speaker to remind people to follow the rules???

I think they have the best pastries in town! The only thing is is that they don’t really help you transport your order to your table. It’s not easy juggling tea (teapot and cup), coffee, and cakes to a table by yourself! I would have made multiple trips but I tried to do it all in one because there was a customer behind me and I ended up with icing in my hair lol. But boy are those cakes delicious!
