My water heater had to be replaced .It is Dec 22.I get one from Payzants. Called around for the best price to get it installed . Some nut wanted $600. plus tax , another wanted $450. plus tax and this is if all went smooth. I call Gary Dec 23 he said it is double time so his rate was $150. per hour and it should only be 2hrs .Right on the money, in and out in 2hrs. I would highly recommend him . I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Mike! I lived in an older home that was in desparate need of a bathroom reno. Mike came to my house, discussed my plans and provided me with a quote. Not only did he install a new tub with enclosure, a new toilet and vanity set, but he also installed all the ceramic tiling as well! Mike was very detailed oriented and cleaned up after himself as he went.
