Water Line Replacement Vancouver

We had our water line replaced by Drain Master Plumbers. We chose them because they gave us the best quote and said they would not need to dig a trench in our yard. They did exactly as promised and they just dug up 2 small holes, one where they placed the new water line and a hole where they used a machine to pull the new line through. An excellent job well done. It was done on time and price and you would never have known they were here to replace our water line. Highly recommended. Billy

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. One of their technicians came to perform a drain tile scope and in the process broke the sump pump cover. I was told the technician had called it in,management was aware of the issue, and that it would be fixed. The next morning when I called to follow up I was spoken to very rudely and told that my house was old and that they can't be responsible for things breaking because they are old. Save your money and call someone else
