We do various office procedures including injections, repairing lacerations, cryotherapy, lesion removal, dressing wounds and splinting various soft tissue injuries.     Absolutely horrendious. Terrible. This clinc is so very much a very negative experience typical of the horrific people in Kwlowna whom are stuck up..snobby..rude..arrogant..and lie because they are lazy and dont wanna do their job. I have filed a complaint against this office personally. The brunetter receptionist is absolutely horrible..very rude..lied and deliberately said that they where not taking any more walk in patients after being called 10 minutes prior and said yes. She is a man hater.
